Ten European countries are currently working to build the most innovative virtual environment (FNH-RI) to collect and share data, tools and services on food, nutrition and health. On 19th June 2018 the RICHFIELDS project coordinator Karin Zimmermann held a workshop in Helsinki to present the challenges and benefits of a future involvement of Finland in the Research Infrastructure on Food, Nutrition and Health. An additional second meeting followed later in August and a final decision regarding a Finnish entry in the project will be made in December 2018.
The following figure illustrates the current countries involved in the FNH-RI.
